These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the slothien platform, including all betting, casino, and payment services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the slothien platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the slothien platform and close your account. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and slothien ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
Age Restriction: The slothien platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any service offered by slothien. The Company reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18.
Binding Agreement
By registering and using slothien, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms, including any amendments published by the Company.
18+ Age Policy
All players must be at least 18 years old to register and use slothien. The Company employs KYC verification procedures including National Identity Card (NID) checks to enforce this requirement across all Bangladesh accounts.
Payment Accountability
Players are solely responsible for all deposits and wagers placed using their slothien account. All transactions processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the respective payment provider's own policies.
Fair Play Commitment

Right to Amend
slothien reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Player Data Protection
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register an Account with slothien, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age;
- You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted;
- You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
- You must not already hold an active Account on slothien — one Account per individual is strictly enforced;
- You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the slothien Platform;
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID), a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a secure password. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change after registration.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the slothien Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, circumventing betting restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 KYC Verification
slothien reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any stage of the Account's lifetime. This may include, but is not limited to, a clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot confirming your bKash or Nagad account is registered in your name). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify the Company immediately at support@slothien if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
slothien accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on slothien is ৳200 when using bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed on the Deposits page within your Account. The Company reserves the right to modify minimum deposit limits at any time, with changes communicated via platform notification.
3.3 Deposit Processing Times
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your slothien Account balance in real time or within a maximum of two minutes under normal operating conditions. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within the expected timeframe, contact support at support@slothien with your transaction reference number.
3.4 Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawal requests are processed by the Company within 24 to 48 hours of submission, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements or compliance checks. Withdrawals are paid out using the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered an internal review.
3.5 No Third-Party Payments
Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in their own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts — whether another individual's bKash number, a shared Nagad wallet, or a card held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.
3.6 Funds Held in Account
Funds deposited into your slothien Account are held on your behalf for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. The Company does not pay interest on Account balances. Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the Player prior to the fee being applied.
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
4.1 Acceptance of Bets
All bets placed on slothien are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after the relevant market has closed, where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet is being placed with knowledge of a corrupt or manipulated outcome.
4.2 Cricket Betting Markets
Cricket betting on slothien covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. In-play markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as set out in the detailed cricket betting rules accessible within the Platform.
4.3 Casino Games & Slots
All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer tables available on slothien are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live data from studio environments provided by globally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the hand, spin, or round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and any stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
4.4 Bet Confirmation
A bet is only confirmed and binding once the Player has received an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference have not been accepted by the Company. Players should retain bet reference numbers for the purpose of dispute resolution.
4.5 Errors and Omissions
In the event that an error results in a bet being placed at incorrect odds, or that a game outcome is settled incorrectly due to a data feed failure, slothien reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets at the correct odds or outcome. The Company will notify affected Players of any re-settlement where practically possible.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
slothien offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as these general Bonus Terms set out in this Section 5.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds awarded to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. As an illustrative example, a welcome bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement means that a Player receiving ৳2,000 in bonus funds must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The Company may specify which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that have not been wagered in full within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's Account. The Company is not obligated to provide advance warning of bonus expiry beyond what is communicated at the time of the bonus award.
5.4 Abuse of Bonuses
The Company reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or claw back any bonus funds where there is evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting technical errors that result in bonus credits being awarded incorrectly; or coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the Company may also permanently close the Player's Account.
5.5 Seasonal & BPL Promotions
slothien periodically offers enhanced promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers home series, as well as cultural events including Eid, Durga Puja, and Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16). These seasonal promotions carry their own specific eligibility criteria, minimum deposit thresholds in BDT, and time-limited validity windows. Players are responsible for reading the full terms of each seasonal promotion before opting in.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
6.1 Player Self-Awareness
slothien is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and services offered to Bangladesh players. Players are encouraged to approach betting and casino gaming as a form of leisure entertainment and to remain aware of the financial risks involved. If you find that your gambling is no longer enjoyable, that you are chasing losses, or that you are spending more than you had intended, you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your Account or contact our support team immediately.
6.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
The following tools are available to all slothien Players free of charge through the Account settings panel:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account. Limits are applied immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been logged in continuously for a specified period.
- Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. No bets or deposits can be placed during a time-out.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable during the exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed written request to support@slothien.
6.3 Age Verification Obligations
Players confirm at the point of registration that they are 18 years of age or older. The Company may suspend a Player's Account and request age-verification documentation (NID or passport) at any time where there are grounds to suspect the Player may be under 18. Any Account confirmed to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the original deposit source.
6.4 Third-Party Support
If you or someone you know may be experiencing problem gambling, the Company encourages you to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. You may also contact our own responsible gaming team at support@slothien at any time — our team is trained to provide initial guidance and to assist with the activation of any Account restriction tools without judgement.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
7.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slothien Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game or market;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
- Attempting to place bets on the outcome of an event where you have advance, non-public knowledge of the result (including insider information relating to match-fixing);
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus distributions;
- Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Company staff or other Platform users.
7.2 Anti-Money Laundering
slothien maintains an anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account where transaction patterns raise AML concerns. During any such review, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended. The Company may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.
7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where the Company determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the Player's Account; withhold and/or forfeit Account balance pending investigation; permanently close the Account; recover from the Player any amounts paid as a result of fraudulent activity; and pursue civil or criminal legal proceedings where the conduct warrants such action.
Match Integrity: slothien takes cricket and sports integrity seriously. Any Player found to be placing bets in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of any BPL, IPL, or international cricket event will have their Account permanently closed and their details may be reported to the relevant cricket governing body and law enforcement agencies.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player
Players may request the closure of their slothien Account at any time by contacting our support team at support@slothien. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, the Company will process the closure within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
8.2 Company-Initiated Closure
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, without notice where circumstances require immediate action, in the event of: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; a court order or regulatory directive requiring the closure; confirmation that the Account holder is under 18 years of age; or the Player's location in a Restricted Territory being confirmed.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon Account closure, the Player's access to the Platform is immediately terminated. Any open bets at the time of a Company-initiated suspension will be settled in accordance with applicable betting rules and the resulting balance handled in accordance with the Company's prevailing closure procedures. The Player's personal data will be retained for the period required by applicable data protection and financial compliance obligations.
8.4 Reinstatement
Voluntarily closed Accounts may be reinstated at the Company's discretion upon written request from the Player, subject to fresh KYC verification. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion cannot be reinstated during the active exclusion period. Accounts permanently closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory direction may not be reinstated under any circumstances.
8.5 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are to be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising between the Player and slothien, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Company's internal complaints procedure by contacting support@slothien. The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
8.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or game terms published on the slothien Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
